Deborah Lynne has been dancing from a young age and in 1999 pursuing her passion for Argentine Tango she moved to Buenos Aires where she made her life for 8 years. During those years she trained with the most influential maestros of traditional and contemporary tango and continues to develop herself as a dancer with frequent visits to Argentina. An important part of Deborah’s formation in tango comes from all the years spent in the milongas of Buenos Aires. Tango is a social dance and the milonga is the best teacher. Deborah has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, has studied Dance Movement Therapy, Alexander Technique, contemporary dance, and has spent many years immersing herself in learning ethnic movement arts such as flamenco, capoeira, samba de gafieira, son cubano and yoga.
